How do I get started?
Simply sign up for a free account, create your society, and you can start creating events or memberships right away. No credit card required.
What are the fees?
TicketFair charges a single flat fee of 3.5% + 20p per transaction. No monthly subscriptions, no hidden costs. You can choose whether to pass this fee to customers or absorb it yourself.
When do organisers receive their money?
Ticket revenue is transferred to your bank account within 7 days of your event concluding. This ensures all buyers are protected in case of cancellation or changes.
How do refunds work?
If an event is cancelled, all buyers are automatically refunded in full. For other refund requests, contact the event organiser directly — they can process refunds from their dashboard. If the organiser is unresponsive, contact us at support@ticketfair.co.uk.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Your data is yours. You can export member lists, customer information, and ticket sales at any time.
